It's not "Good-Bye," it's "Until Next Time..."

While being in the military allows you to make a lot of fun friends, it also causes you to have to say "until next time" to several friends as well.

Last night we had our good friends the Sumption's over for a final dinner before their big move to Virginia. We had a dinner full of appetizers and good conversation. We were able to pray over our dear friends and wish them well in their next chapter in this beautiful life. We always enjoyed ever minute of our time with Bill and Kristin and we will miss them dearly.

(I was a knucklehead and didn't take that many pictures at dinner, but we remembered to sneak a picture of Kristin and I once dinner was over and we snapped a quick picture of the kids walking together on the way to another play date).

This past year of knowing Kristin and her family has truly touched me. Kristin, you are one of the sweetest people I know and I can only hope that our paths will cross again some day. I pray that your move and transition to a new "home" goes smoothly and that you make a lot of wonderful new friends. Every day, when I look at the beautiful quilt you made for Hudson, I will be praying for you and your family!

I know that we'll keep in touch and be life long friends; that's the neat things about not only being friends, but being sisters in Christ...we have a bond that is hard to break! I love you friend and look forward to hearing how everything goes.

So until next time....sending love and hugs sweet friend!
